I am still fairly new in China and a coworker helped me set up Taobao and Meituan with my address. I later realized her phone number may still be attached as the delivery contact for some orders.
Most of my orders are normal daily items, but I also bought a few private things recently and now I am not sure how much the delivery contact can actually see. She once messaged me about a delivery issue before I even opened the app myself.
If someone else's phone number is attached to the order, can they only see courier calls and delivery exceptions, or can they also see the product details?
If anyone here has dealt with this before, what is the safest way to separate the account fully?
