Taobao delivery to a Hangzhou hotel: what should I put on the parcel?

I’m a foreigner visiting Hangzhou and want to order a few things on Taobao to my hotel. I’ve saved the Chinese address in the app and asked reception whether they accept parcels; they said they do, but weren’t sure how couriers handle a guest name written in English. I’m confused about whether to include my room number, use the name on my reservation, or collect the package somewhere nearby. My foreign number may also be hard for a courier to reach. Has anyone arranged Taobao delivery to a hotel recently, in 2026? What recipient and contact details worked for you?
