I added my overseas Visa card and entered my passport details, but I’m not sure the verification finished: I can see the wallet screen, while some payment options still appear unavailable. I haven’t tried paying in a shop yet because I don’t want to discover at checkout that setup is incomplete. I checked that the name on the card matches my passport and read the app’s help pages, but I’m still unclear which features should work with an overseas card and which may require a local bank account. Does linking the card mean I’m ready to pay, or is there something else I should confirm? I’d appreciate recent 2026 experiences, especially what to look for in the app before relying on it.
