Getting a Hangzhou rental invoice accepted for employer reimbursement

My employer in Hangzhou will reimburse part of my rent, but finance needs a proper rental invoice with my passport name and the apartment address matching the lease. The landlord is willing to help, although he has only handled local ID cards before and is unsure whether the district service hall can issue it against a foreign passport.

+I am trying to avoid a wasted morning at the wrong counter. Has anyone recently handled a rental invoice for a foreign tenant in Hangzhou? I would be grateful for details on which documents the landlord had to bring, whether the lease needed a Chinese translation, and whether the invoice could be issued on the same visit.
